Such a shame....

The best under cupboard lights I've bought, that don't work....

As you are reading this, you are probably thinking 'Why is he reviewing these if they are so bad'. The reason is, that they are actually the easiest to fit, quickest, best light givers (bright white), they are dimmable and come with an inline dial, but they have been rendered useless after the first 2-3 hours of use, because the transformer plug burns out.

The reason for the transformer failing is that if you look on Amazon, you will se lots of three light sets. This is a four light set and as such must demand too much power from the transformer, eventually breaking it. I actually bought 3 sets and all but the last one got sent back. At this point I had figured that it is the transformer and as I had one of those universal ones lying around in the garage, I thought I give it a try. Eureka!!!! My under cupboard light now work, perfectly.

Have a look at the video, it's more about the fitting of them as opposed to you buying the set of four (don't....) and remember, the lights needs to be on continuously for three to four hours to fail. If your work surface or display unit can get away with three lights or less then buy...

Here is the link for the 4 set. If you only use 3 of the lights, you will be fine but take your own risk. They really are the easiest to fit.
